YAB IT HOUSE SMC PVT LTD, through its BRIQONA Engineering Division, is seeking a skilled and motivated Upwork Bidder to support our startup in acquiring clients and winning software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, project hunting, proposal writing, lead generation, and client communication. This role emphasizes securing genuine projects rather than merely submitting numerous proposals, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant software development projects on Upwork that align with the company’s services.
- Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Use Upwork Connects strategically to maximize the chances of winning projects.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with potential clients to build rapport and clarify project details.
- Maintain detailed records of proposals submitted, Connects used, client responses, interviews conducted, and projects won.
- Focus on quality over quantity by targeting genuine opportunities that have a high potential for conversion.
- Participate in a performance-based trial using an initial allocation of 60 Upwork Connects, demonstrating effective bidding strategies and client engagement.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and ensure alignment with client needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bidding and winning projects on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong written English skills with the ability to craft persuasive and professional proposals.
- Good understanding of software development services and the ability to identify suitable project opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and professionally.
- Ability to manage and report on bidding activities and client interactions systematically.
