Upwork Bidder-Graphic Design

We are seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder specializing in Graphic Design to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will focus on generating sales through the Upwork freelancing platform by securing design projects. This role requires active participation in the bidding process, project categorization, and maintaining strong engagement with international clients. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and is based onsite at our Karachi office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales by bidding on design projects through the Upwork platform.
- Manage the entire bidding process efficiently to maximize project acquisition.
- Categorize projects accurately to align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Engage and communicate professionally with international clients to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding and sales on freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the graphic design domain.
- Strong understanding of the freelancing ecosystem and client management.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary of Rs60,000.
- Commission structure to reward successful project acquisitions.
- Five working days per week, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
