Upwork Bidder Intern

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Upwork Intern to join our team onsite in Karachi. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in winning international clients and building a career in sales. The role is designed for individuals eager to learn about Upwork bidding, proposal management, client outreach, lead generation, and the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Upwork bidding and proposals effectively to increase chances of winning projects.
- Conduct client outreach and maintain clear, professional communication with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads and support the sales process to help expand the client base.
- Learn and apply strategies for acquiring and managing international clients.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate proactive engagement in daily activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the sales and client acquisition field.
- Proactive attitude with a sense of responsibility and commitment to assigned work.
- Interest in building a long-term career in sales, freelancing, and client management.
- Ability to work onsite during the specified hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Availability to work at the office located on the 14th Floor, BRR Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience or familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork is a plus but not mandatory.
