Fexen Smart Solution, a custom software development company based in Islamabad, is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder / Business Developer to join their onsite, full-time team. The company specializes in building web, mobile, AI, and SaaS products for clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. The successful candidate will take ownership of the proposal pipeline, converting Upwork job posts into meaningful client engagements and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily searches on Upwork to identify relevant job opportunities based on criteria provided by the team lead.
- Craft tailored, high-quality proposals that directly address each client’s specific needs, avoiding generic templates.
- Monitor and track connects spent, response rates, and interview outcomes, providing weekly reports on performance and insights.
- Maintain and update Upwork profiles, portfolios, and case studies to ensure they reflect the company’s latest work and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional written English skills with flawless grammar, tone, and clarity, as this is critical for effective communication.
- Confident spoken English to participate in client calls when necessary.
- At least one year of experience bidding on Upwork for a software agency or similar environment is preferred.
- Adequate technical understanding to interpret job posts and articulate how the company would approach the project.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working towards targets independently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of PKR 30,000 to 50,000, supplemented by commission on successfully closed contracts.
