Upwork Bidder

We are seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team urgently and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bidding on Upwork and skilled at securing projects in design, branding, and software development. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with international clients, write persuasive proposals, and successfully negotiate to win projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on projects through the Upwork platform and secure contracts.
- Craft compelling and tailored proposals for design, branding, and software development projects.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to generate leads and build relationships.
- Conduct presentations and negotiate terms with clients to close deals.

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge and experience using the Upwork platform.
- Proven confidence and ability in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Upwork bidding.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Flexible night shifts to accommodate different time zones.
- Full-time position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with in-person work requirements.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs 30,000 to Rs 100,000, depending on experience and performance.
