Upwork bidder

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant project opportunities on Upwork and submitting customized, well-crafted proposals specifically tailored to software and web development projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to match them with our service offerings, ensuring proposals are clear, concise, and aligned with client needs. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively search and identify suitable projects on Upwork that align with the company’s service portfolio.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals that effectively communicate our expertise and value proposition.
- Analyze project descriptions to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of bidding opportunities to maximize project acquisition.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary technical details for accurate proposal submissions.
- Track submitted proposals and follow up as needed to improve success rates.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices related to Upwork bidding and online freelancing platforms.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms, preferably in software and web development domains.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, and customized proposals.
- Good understanding of software and web development concepts to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Ability to work onsite during the specified hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
