Upwork bidder

We are seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team onsite at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant project opportunities on Upwork and crafting customized, well-written proposals primarily focused on software and web development services. This role requires a keen understanding of project requirements and the ability to match them with our service offerings, ensuring each proposal is clear, relevant, and tailored to the specific job posting. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify suitable job opportunities on Upwork aligned with the company’s core services.
- Prepare and submit customized proposals that effectively communicate our expertise and solutions.
- Understand client project requirements to ensure proposals are relevant and targeted.
- Maintain consistent communication with the internal team to stay updated on service offerings and project capabilities.
- Track and report on bidding activities and outcomes to optimize future proposal strategies.
- Collaborate with the project and development teams to gather necessary technical details for proposal accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms, specifically in software and web development projects.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
- Familiarity with a range of development services including WordPress, custom web and software development, API integration, and mobile application development.
- Ability to analyze project descriptions and identify key requirements quickly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Comfortable working onsite from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with AI-driven web applications, DevOps, business process automation, and custom software solutions is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in web and software development services.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000 based on experience and performance.
