Upwork Bidder

Pluton is seeking a motivated Upwork Bidder with approximately 1 to 1.5 years of experience in bidding for software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in submitting proposals for website, mobile app, and software development projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple bids daily while maintaining high-quality communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and search for relevant projects on the Upwork platform.
- Prepare and submit customized, professional proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough research on clients to fully understand their project needs before bidding.
- Manage daily bidding activities on Upwork and maintain a consistent schedule to meet targets.
- Monitor the status of submitted proposals and follow up with potential clients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients on Upwork, responding promptly to initial queries.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure alignment on project details when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of bids submitted, client responses, interviews, and successful conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly bidding targets to support company growth.

Required Qualifications
- Around 1 to 1.5 years of experience specifically as an Upwork Bidder.
- Proven experience bidding on projects related to websites, mobile applications, and software development.
- Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its bidding process.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and develop relevant, targeted proposals.
- Strong research capabilities, communication skills, and follow-up discipline.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience working in a software house or IT company is highly preferred.
- This is a full-time, onsite position with office hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- The work location requires in-person attendance, fostering close collaboration with internal teams.
