Upwork Bidder

Trivsys Private Limited, based in Karachi, is seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting tailored proposals, and converting leads into contracts. This position focuses on services related to web development, SEO, digital marketing, and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork job postings daily to maximize business opportunities.
- Develop customized, persuasive proposals designed to increase conversion rates for each project.
- Engage with clients by responding to inquiries and scheduling meetings to discuss project details.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to clarify project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to close deals effectively.
- Manage and enhance the company’s Upwork profile and portfolio to improve visibility and credibility.
- Monitor bid submissions and track conversion rates, providing regular performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a bidder on Upwork or Freelancer platforms.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of web development concepts, including WordPress and Shopify, as well as SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong negotiation abilities and proven skills in closing deals.
- Willingness to work on-site during the night shift in Karachi.
- Highly target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
