ZMES Global LLC is a rapidly expanding Architecture and Engineering outsourcing company that partners with a diverse range of clients across North America, including architects, engineers, general contractors, investors, realtors, developers, and homeowners. We are currently seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team and help drive new business opportunities through strategic proposal submissions on the Upwork platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end bidding process on Upwork, ensuring timely and competitive proposal submissions.
- Analyze project requirements and tailor bids to align with client needs and company capabilities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities on Upwork to optimize bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and develop compelling proposals.
- Track and report on bidding outcomes and continuously refine approaches to improve success rates.
- Build and maintain a professional profile on Upwork that reflects the company’s expertise and service offerings.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to clarify project scopes and enhance proposal quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing bids or proposals on freelance platforms, preferably Upwork.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive proposals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of Architecture and Engineering services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency with online collaboration tools and platforms.
