RankTix is seeking a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team based in Nasheman-e-Iqbal, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 60,000. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, with a strong understanding of proposal writing and bidding strategies. This role requires someone who is target-oriented, able to work independently, and possesses excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and find relevant projects on Upwork that align with company goals.
- Prepare and submit customized, compelling proposals tailored to each project.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and build rapport.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and manage leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Continuously maintain and improve bidding strategies to increase success rates.
- Assist in generating qualified leads and converting them into long-term clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Upwork bidding.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork’s proposal system and effective bidding techniques.
- Ability to search for and identify suitable projects efficiently.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong client communication and negotiation skills to secure projects.
- Capability to write customized and persuasive proposals that stand out.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
