Upwork Bidder

We are seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team in Lahore on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves identifying suitable project opportunities on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, crafting tailored proposals, and supporting overall business growth. The ideal candidate will work from 3 PM to 12 AM, focusing on lead generation and client engagement to help expand our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and search for relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company’s service offerings.
- Write and submit customized proposals designed to attract and engage potential clients.
- Manage ongoing client communications, including follow-ups and coordinating interview invitations.
- Research client needs thoroughly and collaborate with technical teams to develop appropriate proposals.
- Utilize LinkedIn as an additional channel for lead generation and business development activities.
- Maintain detailed records of all submitted proposals, client feedback, and project progress.
- Monitor bidding performance regularly and work towards achieving lead generation and project acquisition targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, or business development roles.
- Basic understanding of web development, software development, or IT services.
- Strong proposal-writing skills coupled with effective communication and follow-up abilities.
- Familiarity with Upwork and LinkedIn platforms for business development purposes.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and prepare relevant, targeted proposals.
- A target-driven mindset with strong research capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
