Key Responsibilities
The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork and preparing tailored proposals that align with client needs and Webiska’s service offerings. Daily duties include reviewing job postings, understanding client requirements through effective communication, and maintaining detailed records of bids and follow-ups. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to gather technical details necessary for proposal preparation. Additionally, the Upwork Bidder will support negotiation efforts to secure projects and contribute to strategies aimed at increasing win rates and enhancing client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess strong written communication skills to craft clear and persuasive proposals and client messages. They should be capable of researching client requirements, analyzing project scopes, and matching them with appropriate services. A basic understanding of digital services such as web development, design, or marketing is essential to create informed and relevant bids. Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage multiple bids simultaneously, track responses, and meet deadlines efficiently.
