Upwork Bidder - Night Shift (Architecture Profile)

Amanrasoft (Pvt.) Limited, located on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Upwork Bidder with a focus on architecture projects. This role requires working on-site during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The primary responsibility is to secure architecture-related projects from USA-based clients through the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and maintaining professional communication with international clients to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Search and bid on relevant architecture projects posted by US clients on Upwork.
- Write customized and persuasive proposals tailored to each project to increase the chances of winning bids.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with international clients throughout the bidding and project acquisition process.
- Follow up on potential leads and actively work to convert these opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Consistently meet or exceed bidding and project acquisition targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation, preferably within architecture or related fields.
- Strong written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Solid understanding of proposal writing techniques and client acquisition strategies.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to achieve measurable results.
