Upwork Bidder-Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Upwork Bidder to join our team for the evening shift, focusing on generating sales through the freelancing platform Upwork, specifically within designing projects. This full-time, on-site role requires working night hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bidding process, categorizing projects, and engaging with international clients to secure new business opportunities. This position offers a dynamic work environment based in Karachi, with a structured schedule and opportunities for commission-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales by actively bidding on design-related projects on Upwork.
- Manage the entire bidding process efficiently to maximize project acquisition.
- Categorize projects accurately to align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Engage and communicate professionally with international clients to build strong relationships and secure contracts.
- Maintain a consistent and proven sales record through effective freelancing platform strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in sales or bidding on freelancing platforms, preferably Upwork.
- Demonstrated ability to generate sales with a proven track record.
- Strong communication skills for client engagement, especially with international customers.
- Ability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM on-site.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to handle project categorization and bidding processes.
