Upwork Bidder/SDR

This full-time, on-site position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, offering a permanent role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 50,000. The salary is structured to increase progressively as you meet performance milestones and grow within the role. Selected candidates will participate in a one-week practical training program designed to familiarize them with the company’s sales processes, client handling, project coordination, and internal workflows. Training is available in two shifts: day shift from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and night shift from 10:30 PM to 2:30 AM. During this training period, a daily fuel allowance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client communication, including follow-ups and gathering requirements.
- Support the sales team by managing leads, preparing proposals, and contributing to daily sales activities.
- Coordinate client requirements with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Help track project updates, deadlines, and other client-related tasks.
- Provide basic project coordination and management support to the team.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of six months’ experience working on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Good understanding of the video editing niche is essential.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and client outreach strategies.
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Responsible, motivated, and hardworking attitude.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience or knowledge in selling video editing services is preferred.
- The training period offers practical exposure to sales and project coordination.

- Permanent job timings are flexible, with day shift from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
- Work location is in person at FB Area, Block 05, Near Tahir Villa, Karachi.
