Upwork & Fiverr Specialist | Bidding, Lead Generation & Business Development

CodingAxis is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Upwork & Fiverr Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our office in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in winning projects on freelance marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr and will be responsible for acquiring new clients, submitting competitive bids, and growing our business through these platforms. Success in this role is measured by the ability to convert leads into paying projects, not just the volume of proposals submitted. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage client communications professionally and develop strategies to enhance project acquisition and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Upwork Bidding: Research and identify relevant job opportunities, then submit targeted and personalized proposals to maximize chances of winning projects.
- Fiverr Management: Create, optimize, and manage gigs to increase visibility, attract qualified buyers, and generate orders consistently.
- Proposal Writing: Craft compelling, customized proposals that address client needs and showcase relevant portfolio projects.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through Upwork, Fiverr, and other appropriate channels.
- Client Communication: Manage inquiries, follow up with prospects, understand project requirements, and assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase project acquisition, improve conversion rates, and foster long-term client relationships.
- Profile Optimization: Enhance agency profiles, portfolio presentation, and service positioning to improve marketplace performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor bids, client responses, interviews, conversions, and project wins to continually refine and improve results.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr platforms.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects or generating qualified leads through freelance marketplaces.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, bidding, and client communication.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion processes.
- Ability to identify suitable projects related to web development, software development, and digital marketing services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on achieving business growth objectives.
- Must be available to work on-site at the Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore office; remote work is not an option.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with a proven track record of successfully acquiring projects and experience working with software development agencies will be highly preferred. The monthly salary starts from Rs20,000.00.
