Upwork Project Bidder & Project Manager

Crescentic Digital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Upwork Project Bidder & Project Manager to join the team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, client acquisition, proposal writing, and project management. This role focuses on securing new projects through strategic bidding, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue relevant projects on Upwork by submitting tailored and persuasive proposals.
- Develop and implement effective bidding strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, negotiate project terms, and establish clear expectations.
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, from initial contact to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Track project progress and maintain client satisfaction by monitoring ongoing communication and feedback.
- Keep detailed records of proposals submitted, client responses, projects won, and conversion rates.
- Explore opportunities to expand business revenue and foster long-term client partnerships.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in Upwork bidding and project management.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects on Upwork.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Proficient negotiation skills and experience managing client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with digital services such as web development, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a monthly salary starting from Rs84,000. This is an on-site role, requiring the candidate to work from the company’s location.
