Upwork Specialist - Business Developer Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist with proven experience working on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients. This full-time, onsite role requires working from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PKT and offers an excellent chance to grow within a dynamic team focused on digital services including web development, design, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and apply to relevant projects across multiple freelance platforms
- Write customized, high-converting proposals tailored to client needs
- Communicate effectively with potential clients and manage negotiations
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Track leads, client responses, and conversion rates to optimize outreach efforts
- Research and explore additional freelance platforms to uncover new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in business development on freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, and Fiverr
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during the specified shift hours (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PKT)
- Solid understanding of digital services including web development, design, and marketing
- Proven track record of consistently securing projects and meeting targets
