AMZPPCGURU, a growth agency specializing in Amazon and TikTok Shop services, is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our remote team. The primary focus of this role is to generate qualified leads by identifying relevant opportunities on Upwork and crafting personalized, high-quality proposals that attract genuine client interest. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, with a commission-based compensation structure complemented by a base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue relevant project opportunities on Upwork aligned with our Amazon and TikTok Shop service offerings.
- Develop personalized, well-crafted proposals tailored to each potential client, avoiding generic or template-based submissions.
- Engage potential clients to generate authentic responses and assess their suitability for our services.
- Conduct initial communication and qualification of leads when necessary to ensure alignment with our sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Closer by handing over qualified prospects for meetings and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate tracking of proposals submitted, client responses received, and leads qualified for follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Upwork bidding with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to write compelling and personalized proposals.
- Strong understanding of the importance of quality over quantity in bidding strategies.
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis, with compensation details to be discussed during the interview process.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in e-commerce, Amazon marketplace, digital marketing, or within B2B agency environments is highly desirable.
- Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, providing an opportunity to earn based on performance.
