We are seeking motivated Male and Female Urdu Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for both fresh graduates and experienced candidates who possess strong Urdu communication skills and a professional demeanor. The role requires individuals who are confident, punctual, and hardworking, with basic computer knowledge to efficiently handle daily tasks. Successful candidates will contribute to delivering excellent customer service and support through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in Urdu
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Maintain a confident and courteous attitude during all interactions
- Utilize basic computer skills to log calls and update customer information
- Adhere to punctuality and maintain consistent attendance
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Urdu communication, both spoken and written
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software or CRM systems
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Competitive pay ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs75,000 per hour based on skills and experience
