Parkview Design & Engineering is seeking five experienced Civil Technologists to join our expanding engineering and design team based in Lahore. The ideal candidates will have over five years of relevant experience in civil and site design, with a strong focus on stormwater drainage systems. This role involves preparing detailed designs, calculations, and plans related to stormwater management, grading, and site development projects. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver construction-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed stormwater drainage designs and layouts
- Perform detention pond sizing and calculations
- Develop grading and drainage plans, including profiles and construction drawings
- Coordinate civil designs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, and design conflicts
- Prepare technical calculations and comprehensive design documentation
- Support residential, commercial, and site development projects
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of construction-ready drawings

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil/site design, particularly in stormwater drainage
- Strong expertise in stormwater drainage design and management
- Proficiency in detention pond calculations and hydraulic design
- Knowledge of site grading, drainage plans, and related civil site plans
- Ability to interpret survey plans, civil drawings, and construction documents accurately
- Experience with pipe networks, culverts, channels, and site utilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is preferred
- Familiarity with applicable civil engineering codes and design standards
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience with USA-based civil and site development projects is considered a plus
- Candidates should be able to prepare portfolios demonstrating expertise in civil/site development, stormwater drainage, grading, and detention pond calculations
- Applicants are required to submit a single PDF file containing an updated CV and a portfolio with at least three completed projects categorized as small, medium, and large
