Urgent Hiring – Packaging & Printing Sales Team Lead

MUGSHEI Pvt. Ltd., a provider of customized printing and packaging solutions primarily serving international B2B clients in the USA market, is seeking an experienced Packaging & Printing Sales Team Lead. This full-time, on-site position is based in Garden Town, Lahore, with working hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 180,000 plus attractive commissions. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Team Lead will manage and support the sales team, setting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, tracking leads, quotations, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue. The role requires coaching team members on effective sales communication, closing techniques, and product knowledge related to packaging materials, printing specifications, and applications. The lead will guide the team in understanding customer requirements and preparing tailored solutions, assist with pricing, quotations, negotiations, and handling objections or difficult customers. Reviewing sales conversations and providing constructive feedback is essential, as is ensuring timely follow-up on leads and quotations. The candidate will identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions, assist with complex or high-value customer opportunities, and work to improve team conversion rates and overall sales revenue. Coordination with Estimation, Design, Production, and other internal departments is necessary to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements throughout the order process. Maintaining accurate sales reports, providing performance updates to management, and upholding professional standards, attendance, punctuality, and discipline within the team are also key duties. The Sales Team Lead must comply with company sales procedures and SOPs and personally handle sales opportunities and close deals when required, setting a strong example through personal performance and professionalism.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in custom printing or packaging sales. Prior experience in a leadership role such as Team Lead, Sales Supervisor, or Senior Sales Executive is preferred. A strong understanding of packaging products, materials, printing methods, specifications, pricing, and the B2B sales process is essential. Experience with costing, quotations, pricing strategies, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing sales is required. Excellent English communication skills and proven leadership, coaching, and team management abilities are necessary. The candidate should be comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with USA business hours. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are important. The ability to train and guide sales representatives using practical industry knowledge is critical. Self-motivation, proactiveness, competitiveness, and a results-oriented mindset are expected.

Important Note
This is a specialized sales leadership position requiring practical experience in custom printing or packaging sales. Candidates must already be familiar with packaging terminology, products, specifications, quotations, pricing, customer requirements, negotiations, and the overall sales process. The Team Lead is expected to train and guide sales representatives based on existing industry knowledge, not to learn the packaging industry from scratch. Applicants with sales experience only in unrelated industries will not be considered.

Work location is strictly on-site in Garden Town, Lahore. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
