Urgently Hiring Chartered Accountant (CA) – Male

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Male Chartered Accountant (CA) to take charge of the company’s accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial management, accounting procedures, reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. This role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day financial activities and is proficient in working with multiple accounting and finance software platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial documentation.
- Review financial transactions for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize and manage various accounting and finance software systems effectively.
- Organize and maintain financial data, reports, and supporting documents systematically.
- Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and meeting business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company accounting procedures and internal financial controls.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide detailed reports to management as needed.
- Identify and resolve financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information handled.

Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and procedures.
- Proven experience working with multiple accounting and finance software platforms.
- Excellent financial reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage financial and accounting responsibilities independently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
