Located in DHA Phase 1, this role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic sales-focused call center team operating primarily with US-based clients. The position requires working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, aligning with US time zones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers through outbound calls, qualifying leads, handling objections, and advancing sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role demands strong communication skills, technical proficiency with CRM and call management tools, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet performance targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate and qualify sales leads.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing or advancing sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with a diverse customer base through clear spoken English and active listening.
- Provide empathetic and effective customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize CRM and call management software to track interactions and update customer information accurately.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor during all customer interactions to foster long-term relationships.
- Adhere to performance and quality standards set by the organization, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on company services, market trends, and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and active listening abilities.
- Proven experience in a sales-driven call center environment, with 2–3 years preferably serving US-based or international clients.
- Demonstrated skills in outbound calling, lead qualification, objection handling, and sales closing.
- Customer service expertise with the ability to empathize, problem-solve, and maintain professionalism.
- Basic technical and digital literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools, call management software, and a general understanding of e-commerce and digital services.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively, and consistently meet performance and quality targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is advantageous.
- Willingness to work hours aligned with US time zones and openness to continuous professional development.
