US Bidding Expert

SoftStandards (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced US Government Bidding Expert to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in federal government contracting, with a strong focus on identifying, preparing, and submitting bids for US government contracts. This role primarily involves working with platforms such as SAM.gov and NASA SEWP VI to secure government business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant federal government contracting opportunities by monitoring platforms like SAM.gov and NASA SEWP.
- Analyze and evaluate government solicitations to determine suitability and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other proposal documents.
- Review solicitation requirements thoroughly to ensure all bids meet compliance standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and distributors to obtain accurate pricing and quotations necessary for bid preparation.
- Manage all bid documentation, track deadlines, and perform timely follow-ups to ensure submission success.
- Maintain organized records of all bidding activities and submitted proposals for future reference and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US government bidding or federal contracting processes.
- Proficient knowledge of SAM.gov, NASA SEWP, and general government procurement procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing RFQs, RFPs, and comprehensive bid proposals.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate effectively and clearly articulate bid details.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail to manage multiple bids and deadlines efficiently.
