MARS BPO is seeking motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals fluent in English for the role of International Sales Representative at our international call center located in Saddar, Karachi. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Previous experience in international call centers, BPO, telesales, telemarketing, or international sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent English-speaking skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.
