US Campaign Sales Representative

MARS BPO, located in Saddar, Karachi, is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Sales Agents to join its international call center team. This full-time, on-site position involves engaging with international customers in English to promote products and services, address inquiries, overcome objections, and follow up with prospects to close sales. Candidates with prior call center or sales experience are encouraged to apply, but fresh graduates with excellent spoken English and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome. The role operates during the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and offers a competitive pay structure including a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional customer conversations in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Introduce and explain the company’s products and services to potential customers.
- Assess customer needs and respond accurately to their questions and concerns.
- Follow up on leads diligently to convert prospects into sales.
- Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent command of spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers across diverse cultures.
- Persuasive abilities combined with effective customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to work the assigned evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Previous experience in BPO, telesales, or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
