US Last Mile Operations Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations for our US-based clients, ensuring smooth and timely last-mile logistics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication abilities. This position requires working in rotational shifts and offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with drivers to efficiently manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center to ensure smooth workflow.
- Promptly resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations to maintain service quality.
- Plan routes effectively and manage load distribution to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Manage and support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last-mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.

Additional Information
- Working days are six days per week with one weekly off.
- Salary range is PKR 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience.
