We are seeking a skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team, bringing expertise in payroll software, QuickBooks, tax compliance, and accounting activities. This role requires delivering high-quality, responsive professional services to clients, primarily based in the US, using various cloud-based payroll, tax, and accounting platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients via phone, text, and email, ensuring smooth payroll operations and timely resolution of tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file 1099 and W2 forms accurately and on time
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes along with associated accounting tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks for payroll and accounting functions efficiently
- Deliver professional and timely services to clients, maintaining high responsiveness
- Operate multiple cloud-based software platforms for payroll, tax, and accounting purposes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with US clients through phone, text, and email
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns in compliance with regulations
- Address and resolve State and Federal tax notices promptly

Required Qualifications:
- ACCA, CA partially qualified, or an equivalent professional accounting certification
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll, tax, and accounting roles
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proven experience working with QuickBooks software
- Familiarity with US payroll processes and compliance requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

This is a full-time position based in Karachi with a hybrid remote work arrangement. The role requires some in-person presence to coordinate effectively with the team and clients.
