US Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on US-based positions, and working closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
- Engage and build relationships with candidates through effective communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews across various US time zones.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and successful candidate conversions.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience recruiting for the US market in either an agency or corporate setting.
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Working days are Monday through Friday.
- Shift timing is from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM to align with US time zones.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000.
