US Recruiter

Expert BackOffice Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced US Recruiter to join our team at the Shahrah-e-Faisal office in Karachi. This full-time role requires working onsite during the night shift from 8 PM to 5 AM. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various US-based positions, handling high-volume hiring demands in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple US-based roles.
- Source and screen candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Utilize sales and persuasion techniques to attract and convert qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess their fit against job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing recruitment needs.
- Achieve recruitment targets within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records, including candidate data, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct experience in US recruitment within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven success in managing high-volume recruitment and consistently meeting hiring goals.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency in using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple vacancies simultaneously, and perform well under pressure.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
