US Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as US Recruiters based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves working closely with US-based clients to recruit top talent for leading global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and well-known brands such as EY, Deloitte, and Uber. The position requires working the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM shift, providing a unique opportunity to gain valuable international recruitment experience and advance your career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various US-based positions.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage the overall recruitment process efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain professional communication with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a degree program.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, energetic, and people-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work the 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM shift.
- Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
