US TELECOM SALES EXECUTIVE

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our expanding US Telecom Sales team based in Karachi. We have openings for skilled US Telecom Sales Agents as well as a Leads Retention Manager. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom sales and customer relationship management, with a focus on the US market. This is an in-person role offering a competitive salary combined with attractive commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

For US Telecom Sales Agents:
- Engage with US customers to promote and sell telecom, internet, and TV services.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets consistently.
- Communicate effectively to persuade and convert potential customers.
- Maintain professionalism and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.

For Leads Retention Manager:
- Oversee lead follow-up processes to maximize retention and conversion rates.
- Manage customer relationships to recover lost or undecided leads.
- Lead and coordinate follow-up teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Monitor agent performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
- Develop strategies to enhance lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in US Telecom, Internet, or TV sales for Sales Agents.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Experience working with US customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- For Leads Retention Manager: Demonstrated expertise in lead follow-up, retention, and customer relationship management.
- Experience managing teams and monitoring performance metrics.
- Relevant experience in US telecom sales is preferred for both roles.
