US Truck Dispatch Sales / Calling Agent (Night Shift)

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and target-driven Calling Agent to join our US Truck Dispatching campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to US-based truck owners, carriers, and owner-operators to promote and sell our professional dispatching services. This position is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills who are motivated to earn a competitive income through a combination of base salary and commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to US trucking companies and owner-operators.
- Clearly introduce and explain our truck dispatch and load-booking services to potential clients.
- Effectively handle customer objections, build rapport, and close sales.
- Consistently follow up with warm leads through calls, emails, or texts to nurture relationships.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls and lead progress within the company’s system.

Required Qualifications
- Fluent spoken English with a clear and confident accent is essential.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or US logistics/dispatch is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Availability to work night shifts from Monday to Friday.
- Strong soft skills including excellent convincing, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
