US Truck Dispatch Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated and responsible Truck Dispatchers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with drivers, securing profitable loads, communicating effectively with brokers, negotiating rates, and managing daily dispatch operations to ensure smooth and efficient transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and book profitable loads for drivers to maximize revenue.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with brokers and drivers.
- Negotiate rates and manage load confirmations to ensure favorable terms.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to drivers.
- Maintain accurate daily dispatch records for operational transparency.
- Handle customer and broker interactions professionally to uphold company reputation.

Required Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of the US trucking industry to understand operational requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the best possible rates and maintain relationships.
- Previous dispatch experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 70,000 PKR. The work location is based in Lahore, and the role requires in-person attendance.
