U.S Truck Dispatch Sales Specialist

We are seeking motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Truck Dispatchers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will manage daily dispatch operations, source and book appropriate loads, communicate effectively with brokers and drivers, negotiate freight rates, and ensure the smooth and efficient movement of freight. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations for assigned trucks and drivers.
- Search, evaluate, and book suitable loads using load boards and other platforms.
- Maintain professional communication with U.S.-based brokers, shippers, drivers, and carrier representatives.
- Negotiate freight rates to secure profitable and appropriate loads.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules, ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor active loads and maintain regular communication with drivers and clients.
- Provide drivers with complete and accurate load details, including pickup/delivery information and instructions.
- Handle rate confirmations, paperwork, and other dispatch-related documentation.
- Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients and drivers.
- Identify and resolve delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational issues.
- Maintain organized records of loads, drivers, brokers, rates, and dispatch activities.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers, carriers, and clients.
- Ensure dispatch activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Work toward assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company procedures, communication standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, professional, and clear communication style.
- Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based brokers, drivers, and clients.
- Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with internet-based platforms.
- Willingness and ability to work consistently during night shifts.
