US Truck Dispatcher

DDD Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated and experienced US Truck Dispatchers to join our team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. This full-time position operates from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,000 to 70,000, depending on experience. Candidates with 6 months to over a year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The role involves coordinating driver schedules, booking freight loads, and managing communication between truck drivers and shipping brokers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Load Booking & Negotiation: Identify available freight on load boards and negotiate competitive rates with brokers.
- Route Planning: Assign drivers to appropriate routes while calculating mileage and transit times to optimize efficiency.
- Driver Communication: Maintain regular contact with drivers, monitor truck locations, and provide timely updates on traffic, weather, and any route delays.
- Compliance Management: Review driver logs and ensure adherence to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations to maintain legal and safety standards.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare invoices, manage Bills of Lading (BOL), and keep accurate operational records to support smooth business processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of experience in truck dispatching or a related logistics role.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with load boards.
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and brokers.
- Knowledge of route planning and mileage calculation.
- Understanding of Hours of Service (HOS) compliance requirements.
- Proficient in administrative duties including invoicing and documentation management.
