USA based GC ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a highly motivated Estimating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in construction estimation and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. This role requires proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam software to perform accurate material take-offs and cost estimations for projects primarily serving US-based clients. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure precise and timely bid preparation and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Planswift and Bluebeam software to develop accurate project estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary project details and requirements.
- Perform detailed material take-offs for various construction projects.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of estimating data and project documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, cost factors, and best practices in construction estimation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of experience in construction estimation.
- Proficiency in Planswift and Bluebeam software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
