USA Logistics/Dispatch Associate
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Morning Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Associate to support daily logistics and dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating driver schedules, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring effective communication with drivers, brokers, and customers. This position is ideal for candidates with good communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a keen interest in learning about US trucking and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and assist with driver scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers regarding load assignments, pickup times, and delivery updates.
- Track shipments and monitor load status to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and update information within internal systems.
- Prepare and organize dispatch documents, including load details and delivery information.
- Follow up on delays, scheduling changes, and other operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain professional communication with drivers and other stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks related to dispatch and overall operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, email, and familiarity with online systems.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn US trucking, freight dispatching, and logistics procedures.
