Key Responsibilities

- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and overall performance to maximize return on investment.
- Implement App Store Optimization (ASO) techniques to improve conversion rates and organic growth.
- Analyze campaign data and track key performance indicators including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Develop and test high-performing ad creatives to enhance user engagement and acquisition.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with product and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and drive sustainable growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, specifically within mobile and web environments.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage high monthly advertising budgets while optimizing performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools to interpret and present campaign insights.
- Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
