User Experience Designer

Vordx Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join their Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design and a strong portfolio showcasing real, high-quality projects. This is a full-time, on-site position with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role involves designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications, collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate user and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain design consistency by utilizing design systems, components, and style guides.
- Iterate and improve designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Present design concepts clearly and explain design decisions to internal teams and clients.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
- A strong and professional portfolio demonstrating real, end-to-end UI/UX projects, not just individual screens or templates.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, and visual design.
- Experience designing websites, web applications, and/or mobile applications.
- Strong grasp of responsive design, typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to convert requirements into clean, modern, and user-friendly designs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components is considered a plus.

Portfolio Requirements

A strong portfolio is mandatory for this role. Candidates must submit their portfolio along with their application. The portfolio should ideally include:

- Web and mobile app designs
- User flows and wireframes
- Interactive prototypes
- High-fidelity UI designs
- Design systems or reusable components
- Complete projects or detailed case studies
