UX/UI Designer

We are currently seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and demonstrate the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web/mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and enhance product experiences.
- Translate business requirements into effective and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Ensure all designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and modern UX/UI best practices.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve digital products.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for development teams.
- Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, and digital product methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
- Experience designing responsive websites and applications for web and mobile platforms.
- Solid knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, effective user experiences.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
