Vehicle Tracking Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Tracking Officer based in Karachi to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in vehicle tracking within the logistics or vehicle tracking industry and possess a strong understanding of ERP software. This role involves monitoring and managing vehicle movements to ensure operational efficiency. The position requires working six days a week with rotational shifts, offering a structured yet dynamic work environment. The office is located in Bath Island, Clifton, and the role is strictly on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track vehicles using specialized tracking systems to ensure timely and safe transportation.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to optimize vehicle routes and schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Utilize ERP software to update and manage vehicle tracking data efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues related to vehicle tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all tracking activities.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding vehicle status and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in vehicle tracking within a logistics company or a vehicle tracking firm.
- Proficiency in ERP software applications related to vehicle tracking and logistics management.
- Ability to work under rotational shifts and adapt to a six-day workweek.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with various teams.
