Verification Of Benefits Associate - US

Meds Nexus Pvt. Ltd., one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing medical billing companies based in Rawalpindi, is seeking a Verification of Benefits (VOB) Associate to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare processes, with strong attention to detail and excellent spoken English skills. As a VOB Associate, you will be responsible for verifying patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits before their medical visits, supporting U.S. healthcare clients by ensuring accurate and timely benefit verification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact U.S.-based insurance companies to verify patient coverage details.
- Maintain and track the verification workflow for each patient.
- Document call notes accurately and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Update actions and notes on the client’s revenue cycle management (RCM) platform.
- Follow client-specific documentation standards and protocols.
- Adhere to Meds Nexus’ data protection and information security guidelines.
- Demonstrate integrity and uphold the highest ethical standards in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Verification of Benefits Associate with a medical billing service provider.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. revenue cycle, Eligibility & Benefits Verification, and Prior Authorization processes.
- Ability to understand and apply client-specific business rules effectively.
- Skilled in generating reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral or clear English accent.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
