Verifier & Closer | Final Expense Campaign

Theevioo Pvt. Ltd. is currently expanding its Final Expense (FE) campaign and is looking for experienced Verifiers and Closers to join the team. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong English communication skills, prior experience in BPO environments, and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities
- Perform verification tasks accurately and efficiently as a Verifier to ensure data integrity.
- Close sales and finalize agreements as a Closer, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients to meet campaign objectives.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
- Follow company policies strictly and ensure confidentiality of all client information.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in BPO or call center environments is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- A target-driven mindset with motivation to consistently achieve and surpass goals.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to the assigned schedule.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in sales or verification roles is an advantage.
- Competitive salary packages, with Verifiers earning up to Rs. 100,000 per month and Closers earning up to Rs. 250,000 per month.
