Vize BPO Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and confident Verifier to join its team for U.S.-based outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound verification calls, ensuring the accuracy of customer data, and maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic call center environment. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Islamabad, requiring availability for night shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound verification calls to customers following established scripts
- Confirm, update, and maintain accurate customer information within CRM systems
- Adhere to quality standards and ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Identify, document, and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during verification
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets to support operational goals

Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a U.S. call center environment
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
- Target-driven mindset with a confident and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday

Additional Information
This role is based at the company’s office located in I-9/3, Islamabad, and requires the candidate to work on-site. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
