The Video Clipper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The primary responsibility is to review both live and recorded RoundTable sessions, selecting key moments to create short, engaging clips suitable for YouTube and other social media platforms. This involves trimming footage, adding simple visual elements such as captions or basic graphics, ensuring clean audio, and organizing clips by themes or educational topics. The role requires close collaboration with content creators to identify highlight-worthy segments, adherence to brand guidelines for tone and style, and maintaining a consistent publishing schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Review long-form live and recorded sessions to identify and extract compelling moments for short clips.
- Edit video footage by trimming, adding captions, basic graphics, and ensuring audio clarity.
- Organize clips according to themes or educational topics to maintain coherence and relevance.
- Collaborate with content creators to select highlight segments and improve clip quality.
- Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and presentation across all clips.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide suggestions to enhance audience engagement through better clip selection and presentation.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong ability to identify engaging moments within long-form content and transform them into concise, impactful clips.
- High attention to detail in video cutting, transitions, audio levels, and overall continuity.
- Understanding of YouTube and social media video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for short-form educational content.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and alignment with brand standards.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, maintaining a consistent schedule.
