Video Content Creator – Part-Time / Project-Based (Remote)

TechLeadz is a software development and technology services company serving clients across North America and other international markets. We are seeking a creative and experienced Video Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos tailored for professional business profiles. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand diverse businesses, their services, target audiences, and brand guidelines, then independently develop and manage weekly video content with minimal supervision. This role requires a blend of creativity and business insight, going beyond basic video editing to proactively generate ideas and deliver impactful content.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand various business profiles, services, and their target audiences.
- Conduct research on the North American market, competitors, trends, and audience preferences.
- Independently develop creative video concepts and plan weekly content schedules.
- Write compelling scripts, hooks, captions, and calls to action.
- Record, edit, and deliver professional short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Incorporate captions, graphics, transitions, music, and branding elements to enhance video quality.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure high production standards.
- Suggest new content formats and campaign ideas to improve engagement.
- Analyze content performance and refine future videos based on insights.
- Meet deadlines consistently and communicate progress clearly with the team.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in creating professional social media video content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form videos, Reels, or similar projects.
- Excellent skills in video editing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Ability to generate original ideas and work independently with minimal guidance.
- Good understanding of North American audiences and content trends.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Proficiency with professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalents.
- Knowledge of platform-specific formats, trends, and best practices.
- Reliable communication skills and effective time management.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience creating content for technology, SaaS, AI, healthcare, or professional service sectors.
- Familiarity with social media strategy, branding, and performance analytics.
- Experience appearing on camera or directing presenters is a plus.

- Compensation ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs100,000 per month based on experience and output.
