Tech Emulsion, an AI-native software agency specializing in AI agents, SaaS platforms, and custom software for clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, is seeking a Video Editor Intern to join their marketing and content team on-site in Peshawar. This full-time internship runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, for a duration of three months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance. The role offers hands-on experience working on real projects that support the company’s brand, products, and client-facing presence across social media and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Edit both short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Trim, sequence, and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging final videos.
- Enhance videos by adding captions, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and basic motion graphics.
- Perform color correction and grading to ensure a consistent and professional look across all content.
- Edit product demos, case studies, and testimonial videos that highlight Tech Emulsion’s work.
- Support the creation of behind-the-scenes and culture content for social media and employer branding.
- Repurpose long-form content such as interviews, webinars, and event footage into short clips suitable for social media.
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of raw footage, project files, and finished assets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand each video’s objectives, target audience, and platform requirements.
- Incorporate feedback professionally and efficiently through multiple revision cycles.
- Stay updated on video trends, formats, and editing styles relevant to digital marketing and social media.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field is mandatory.
- A portfolio or reel showcasing previous video editing work is required to apply.
- Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, and how editing choices impact viewer engagement.
- Attention to detail in color, audio quality, and visual consistency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
